COMPETITION FOR THE BEST PAPER ON WOMEN OF UZBEKISTAN

UNDP "Gender and Development" Project has announced a competition for the best paper on women of Uzbekistan.

The overall objective of this project is to develop more effective gender mainstreaming tools and methodologies that will facilitate favorable gender environment.

To reach the objective, the project facilitates the delivery of main inputs required for the capacity building of a group of national trainers and experts on gender to provide trainings on gender mainstreaming and advisory services on gender; supporting gender research, and developing a network of journalists to promote gender equality in media.

All authors will be invited to attend the presentation of the book to be held in March of this year. The authors of the best works will receive certificates and valuable prizes.
